Product and price

The name, EI fire-resistance rating, size, frame type and quantity of the product you are ordering are shown on the cart and checkout pages.

All prices shown in the store include VAT; no further tax is added at checkout. Prices are valid at the time you place the order.

Prices are in Turkish lira (TRY). If you select US dollars or euros in the store, the amounts shown are indicative conversions at the day's Turkish Central Bank (TCMB) selling rate; the contract price, the invoice and the payment are in Turkish lira.

Freight charge: [to be added before launch] — the total amount payable is shown separately on the checkout page before you confirm the order.

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer. Bank details are sent to you after order confirmation; once the payment is credited to our account the order is queued for production/dispatch.

Credit card payment will be available soon. Card details are never seen or stored by the store at any stage; the transaction runs on the infrastructure of a licensed payment institution.

Delivery

Products are released for dispatch within 2–5 working days after order confirmation. Because of the weight of the products, shipping is by palletised freight.

Delivery is made to the address given in the order, to the nearest point the vehicle can reach. Carrying to upper floors and internal handling are not included. Details are on the Delivery and Shipping page.

In any event the delivery period does not exceed 30 days from the date the agreement is concluded.

Right of withdrawal

If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.

You can send your notice of withdrawal to info@iqdoors.com.tr or by phone on +90 212 605 05 77. The product must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.

For returns under the right of withdrawal, the return freight cost is borne by the buyer. The full conditions are on the Returns and Withdrawal page.

Because the products in the store are standard-size stock items, the exemption for goods made to the consumer's specifications does not apply.

Complaints and disputes

You can submit complaints through the contact channels above. For unresolved disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at your place of residence, within the monetary limits set by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
