14-day right of withdrawal

If you are buying as a consumer, you may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of the day you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

You can send your notice of withdrawal by e-mail to info@iqdoors.com.tr or by phone on +90 212 605 05 77. It is sufficient that the notice is sent within the 14-day period.

All products sold in the store are standard-size stock items; they do not fall under the exemption for goods made to the consumer's specifications, so your right of withdrawal is preserved.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused, uninstalled and not drilled for fixing.
• The protective film on the leaf surface and the packaging of the frame and accessories must not have been removed.
• The technical data sheet, fixing components and invoice must be sent back with the product.
• The product must be prepared for transport (palletised and protected); for products sent back without packaging, damage occurring in transit may be deducted from the refund.

Products that have been installed, resized, cut or painted cannot be returned.

Return freight and refunds

When you exercise the right of withdrawal you must send the product back to us within 10 days of your notice. Because the products are heavy and bulky, the return shipment is also made by palletised freight.

For returns under the right of withdrawal, the return freight cost is borne by the buyer. If the product arrived defective, damaged or different from the order, we cover the freight cost.

Once the product has reached us and been inspected, your payment is refunded within 14 days by the method you used to pay. If you paid by bank transfer, the refund is made to the account you gave with the order.

Defective goods and warranty

If the product proves defective, you may exercise your optional rights under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (free repair, replacement with a non-defective equivalent, price reduction or rescission of the contract).

Fire-resistance performance is valid when the product is installed in accordance with the frame type and installation rules stated in its technical data sheet. Installation contrary to those rules falls outside the scope of the certificate.

Wear from use, impact marks, cleaning with unsuitable chemicals and installation errors are outside the scope of the warranty.

Business purchases

The right of withdrawal applies to consumer transactions. For business purchases (for commercial or professional purposes, invoiced to a company) the right of withdrawal does not apply; the provisions on defective goods and warranty remain in force.

Disputes

You may bring complaints and objections before the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at your place of residence, within the monetary limits set annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
