Data controller
Your personal data is processed by IQDOORS İnşaat A.Ş. in its capacity as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
Address: [to be added before launch] · MERSIS no.: [to be added before launch] · E-mail: info@iqdoors.com.tr · Phone: +90 212 605 05 77
What data do we process?
In the store we ask only for the data needed to complete your order:
- Identity and contact: full name, phone number, e-mail address.
- Delivery: province and full address.
- Order: the product, size, quantity, amount and order number you selected.
- Technical logs: server access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested) — for security and fault diagnosis.
We DO NOT ask for or store credit card details. When card payment goes live, the transaction will run on the infrastructure of a licensed payment institution; card data will never reach us at any stage.
There is no membership system; you are not asked to open an account and no passwords are stored.
Purpose and legal basis of processing
- Receiving, preparing and delivering your order — processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
- Issuing invoices and statutory record-keeping — compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2-ç).
- Communicating with you about your order and handling your requests and complaints — legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
- Maintaining server security — legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
We do not send marketing messages. If a newsletter or campaign announcements are added in future, this will be done only with your explicit consent and this notice will be updated.
Transfer of data
Your order details are shared, to the extent needed to fulfil the order, with the following parties:
- The manufacturer, Eisentür Kapı Sanayi A.Ş. — to prepare the product and release it for dispatch.
- The carrier / freight company — name, phone number and address for delivery.
- Our accountant and the public authorities — for invoicing and statutory obligations.
- The payment institution — once card payment goes live, solely for transaction verification.
Beyond these, your data is not sold, rented or passed to any third party for marketing purposes.
The store is currently a preview environment: the order you place is not sent to our server and is stored only in your own browser. At this stage none of the transfers above take place.
Retention period
Order and invoice records are kept for the periods required by the Turkish Tax Procedure Law and the Turkish Commercial Code (as a rule, 10 years). At the end of this period the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Records you share for contact purposes that do not involve an order are deleted within a reasonable time after your request has been dealt with.
Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, request information about it.
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
- Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data is transferred.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Request deletion or destruction of the data under the conditions set out in the law.
- Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred.
- Object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems.
- Claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing.
How to apply
